We made Tracktive for ourselves here at Smilebeam, in 2003, to consolidate in ONE place and share the cumulative project experiences, solutions, notes, pictures and knowledge created to solve problems for us and our clients.
When you are doing something for yourself or for a friend or family, you are not going to cheese out. If you don’t love something, you're not going to go the extra mile, work the extra weekend and challenge the status quo as much.
With Tracktive, our goal was to create a product that addressed what matters: The basics. “Keep it simple and make sure it works”, which is great software, service, ease of use and respect for our customer’s time, money and trust.
Usefulness never wears off, bells and whistles do. We build useful software that does just what you need and nothing you don’t. Tracktive is intuitive; you’ll pick it up in minutes. We don’t sell you training because you do not need it.
Our goal is to consistently release new builds with incremental improvements; introducing the basis for new functionality and collecting feedback from our user community to refine each subsequent release.
We believe that our users are entitled to the best prices we can offer. Hence our prices are public, published right on our site and are the same no matter who you are. No hidden fees whatsoever.
Lastly, we work for you, our customers (you are, our investors). You fund our daily operations and R&D by paying for our products. We answer to you – not investors, the stock market or a board of directors.
